My mission is to shift the culture of business around the world from transactional to transformational. As such, I founded KGBERRY to create more meaningful connection between organizations and their constituents. Today, we work with companies and leaders to infuse purpose-driven strategies into their business models, and leverage culture as a key performance metric for currency flow and overall financial performance.
